    Wow, This is my first time on a blog site and I thought it would be easy to just type about myself and what I do etc, but know I feel nervous and some how exposed, very weird feeling.

    Just wanted to say well done for the blog. I have been following it with your updates with the dune fm team too.

    It is good to see another personal trainer in Liverpool actually putting information out their for people to read and understand rather than trying to just draw them in through a plain text based website.

    Excellent work and keep it up and thank you again for the posts.

      Matt I had a look at the website and your blog, really good stuff, like the bootcamp, I attended a few when I lived in Canada, they are huge over there, and I think will become so over here as well, given time. How long have you been operating? and how do you advertise (if at all) I have tried all sorts of things, and although quite succesful, I always feel I could spend the money better than say – advertising in a newspaper etc. How do you find it?
